We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and resolve it.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods, custom-made or personalized products, and certain personal care products. We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

For hygiene and food-safety reasons, food supplements and other consumable products that have been opened or unsealed after delivery cannot be returned.

Returns of food products or food supplements will only be accepted if they are unopened, unused, and in their original sealed packaging.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different item is to return the item you received and, once the return has been accepted, place a separate order for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If the goods are supplied to a consumer within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason, subject to the applicable exceptions provided by law.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will automatically be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
